The Umut 2R pendant evokes the feel of these sometimes straight. sometimes undulant large fruits. a number of which are edible. Made of black or natural rattan. the Umut 2R filters its emitted light to cast playful patterns on surrounding surfaces. Ay Illuminate’s design team. Ay Lin Heinen and Nelson Sepulveda. work with artisans to dream up these luminous creations. The fixtures are “handmade” in the truest sense of the word so longer lead-times may apply and slight variations in the profiles of each pendant may exist.
